You can return the purchased product within 30 days after purchase! Without any additional arguments. The only condition: no traces of use.
The SELLER reimburses the buyer for the necessary transport costs incurred in connection with the organization of the exchange or return of defective GOODS. In case of return of good quality goods, the cost of return shipping is paid by the BUYER
1. The seller is not responsible for the actions of third parties involved in the execution of this agreement, including carriers (Transport company).
2. The seller is deemed to have fully fulfilled his obligations to sell the goods from the moment the goods are accepted by the Buyer or another person acting on behalf of the Buyer.
3. Upon receipt of the product, the Buyer is obliged to check the integrity and completeness of the application against the accompanying documents.
4. Return of goods of inadequate quality: If the goods are of inadequate quality - a factory defect, incorrect equipment, then on the basis of clause 3 of Art. 497 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, article 21 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer can refuse or exchange the goods within 14 days, if there are financial documents. In this case, returns and exchanges are made at our expense.
If latent defects are revealed, the Buyer must notify the Seller of this within five days from the date of receipt of the application and send this product to the Seller. The Seller examines the claim and, if it is fair, pays absolutely all costs incurred by the Buyer (cost of substandard goods + shipping costs). By mutual agreement, a substandard product can be replaced with proper quality or the money received for this product can be returned. Refunds also occur at the expense of the Seller.
